"Born Again Patriot!" Story and art by Erik Larsen. There's a new Police Officer in town. His name is Dragon, and he's using his super-human abilities to fight the mutants who terrorize the citizens of Chicago. Super-Patriot was a hero who had fallen in battle against the Vicious Circle and was left for dead. Now, more machine than man, Super-Patriot has returned. But being an officer of the law, Dragon cannot stand idly by while Patriot indiscriminately slaughters the bad guys.
